He is preceded in death by his farther Alvin A Penn, Sr.., Grandmothers, Clotilda Idena Leonard and Winifred Elfreda George Penn; Grandfathers, Archibald Clyne and Leonard Averad Penn.

He is survived by his mother, Hyacinth A Penn; His loving children, Lékoi Callwood, Alané Penn, Alvern Penn, Alania Penn, Catique Xavier.; Siblings: Unum A Penn,Shaun A Penn and Nicole Penn; Aunts: Karen Rey, Marilyn Forbes, Gloria Frett and Patricia Penn; Uncles: Elvet Leonard, Edmund Penn and Alphonso Penn, Carlyle Penn; Great Aunt, Naomi Donovan; Godmother, Cynthia Parrot

Alvin will be immensely missed by his cousins, family and friends.
