Huggins, 74, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Monday, September 01, 2024. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Frances Ann Prince;  Father, William Benjamin Prince; Brothers: George Huggins, Jacob Prince, Levi Prince and James Prince; Sisters, Lillian Prince and Doreen Prince. He is survived by his daughter, April Huggins Tobal; Grandchildren: Lisbeth Estevez, Ariela Johnson, Arelis Johnson and Joselin Paula;  Sisters: Melsada Prince, Frances Prince, Claudia Hughes, Sandra Prince and Gretel Prince; Brother, Kenneth Prince He is also survived by nieces and nephews too numerous to mention.
