Cleota Hill is preceded in death by her late husband, Donald Hill Sr., two daughters, Arthurene Samuel Anselm and Althea Peters Ovins, and her parents, Theophilus Cornelius and Mariam Bastian. She is survived by her daughters; Velma Samuel, Delois Turbe Magras, Millicent Peters, Tracey Neille, Shorna Martin, Vedia Martin Elizee, Renee James Carty, sons: Elston James, Donald Hill Jr. and son-in-laws, Christopher Elizee and Kenneth Carty Sr. She's also survived by her grandchildren; Kira Smith, Oanijah Atkins, Elroy "Majesty" Cornelius, Leroy Cornelius, Latanya Joseph-Peets, Kevin James, Theophilus Joseph, Kenneth Canty, Christopher Diaz, Mia Hines, Aakins, Patrick, Jessica Magras, Kishma Ovins, Kinisha Peters, Kia Clark-Ausley, Mia Mactavious, Mieka Mactavious, Shamoya Barzey, Sarafina Smith, Shaquan Fleming, Dellani Hill, Dulani Hill, Dulijah Hill, T'Qwana Hill, Destinee Hill, Darnell Richardson, Monnicia Martin, Ja'vonica Jackson, Je'Necia Jackson, Kiannie Barthlett, Kwanique Barthlett, Kwane Barthlett Jr., Christinique Elizee, Khamani Prince, Khalique Carty, Kenneth Carty Jr., Khamaya Carty and A' Jewel Carty; over 50 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends, too numerous to mention; including her care-giver Carmen Thomas and a very close cousin Enid Lettsome.
