In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Conrad Walter "Cuty" Kelly, 69, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024. He is preceded in death by his mother Rosetta Kelly; his father Alfred JOE Freeman Son; Adrian Liddie.

He is survived by his Sons, Kenrad Kelly and Jonal Bass Sr.; Daughters, Anesta and Alicia Liddie; Brothers: Bevon. Everett, Dave, Kurt " Tumba", Leonard "Lenbo" and Milo "Box" Freeman; Sister: Hyacinth Freeman, Cora Freeman, Rampersant, Cleon Kanneh, Joan Prosper; Adopted Daughter, Andrea Liddie; Grandchildren: Jonal Jr, Jenelle Porter, Brittney Duggins, Duana Bradley, Rojem and Tajem Jeffers; Great Grandchildren: Samaya, Zyaire, Miracle and Close friend Jacinth Liddie and Joan Bass
