Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great grandfather andgreat-great grandfather, David M. Webbe, Sr. affectionally known as “Bobo” or “Webbo”, who passed away peacefully at his residence on August 6, 2026, at the age of 92 years old.

He leaves to cherish his loving and caring wife Margaret Webbe and their children Jacqueline, Lydia, Venice, David Webbe Jr. and Dwayne; along with his other children - Silvia Webbe Jeffers, Virginia R. Webbe, Diana Lopez Rodriguez, Christine Lewis Callwood, Dave M. C. Webbe, and Donald W. Webbe; sister - Christine Hodge; brothers – Theodore Wilkinson (John Quill) and Frank Wilkinson (deceased);nieces – Nesha Hodge, Mayrita Wilkinson-David, Sheryl, Iona, Erma, Denise and Arlene Wilkinson, nephews – Alex and Frank Wilkinson Jr., Alex, Junie and Almeric Hodge, aunt- Emily Wilkinson; daughters-in-law - Twyla Webbe, Taiecha Webbe, Celeste Webbe and Daytona Webbe; sons-in-law - Dwayne Callwood, Rupert Pelle, Peter Jeffers, and Alton Mills; grandchildren – Prisca Jeffers Dunkley, Makeda Mills, Kofi Mills, Davin Webbe, Daylan Webbe, Dorian-MarcusWebbe, Diovannie Webbe, Andre Thompson, Didier Hughes III, Michai Hughes, Sharissa Brathwaite, Owanna Stout, Denisse Encarnación Lopez, Freddie Jose Ocasio Lopez, Hector M. Serrano Lopez, Joy Callwood, Jinger Callwood, Christian D. Webbe, Britnay C. Webbe, Duwan H. J. Webbe,Daniel C. Webbe, Caleb A. Webbe; great grandchildren - A'moi Rogers, Leila Smith, Sai Smith, Zari Stout, Paola Rios, Sebastian Ortega, Tanyiarelis Ocasio, Isabela Sofia Serrano, Khaleya Gamble, Jasmine Pelle and Jaslyn Pelle; great-great grandchildren - Andrew Smith and Génesis Stasher. Special Family and Friends - The Friedman Family, Baker Family, Wilkinson Family, Halbert Family, Webbe Family (Nevis & abroad), Lisa Donastorg, Jean Krigger, Shirley Proctor, Beryl Prentice, Kenneth Mills, Dorothy Payne, Mavis Malone, Dene & Derie Walwyn, The Tropical Health LLC family especially Akeem Knight and Knielle Thomas, and the faithful Christchurch Men’s Fellowship Group. He is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

Mr. Webbe is well known for his many years working at Island Block Corporation, other business ventures and his love for fresh fish and playing cricket and dominoes. May his loving and generous heart rest in eternal peace. He will be forever remembered by all those who knew and loved him.
