He leaves to mourn his devoted wife, Margaret Noel; Children: Dexter Noel, Earl Noel, Jamal Noel, Attee Noel, Ingrid Paterson, Jill Noel, and Althea Douglas; His brother, Raymond Noel; Sister, Mary Frederick; Sons-in-law.: Daniel Paterson, Breaton Douglas and Phillip Daniel; Grandchildren: Reyah Noel, Rasheen Noel, Zande Noel, Daniela Paterson, Armandell Noel, Uri Noel, Bianca Noel, Elisa Noel, Lilly Douglas, Rosey Douglas, Javey Douglas, Cameron Noel, Coby Noel, and Nysia Hillhouse; Great-grandchildren: Keyrah Noel, Akelah Noel, Shante Noel, and Cartel Noel, along with many nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives, friends and neighbors of Frydenhoj, British Virgin Islands and Grenada.
