In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Dennis Lewis Rogers, 58, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dennis was born in Anguilla, West Indies, to Jane Rogers and Ellis Rogers, both of whom preceded him in death. In 1977, Dennis relocated to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands with his family, where he established strong roots and lifelong connections within the community.

Dennis was known for his dedication, strong work ethic, and skilled hands. He worked as an electrician for over 30 years and owned multiple businesses, earning the respect of many through his reliability and excellence.

Dennis shared a loving union with his wife, Jacqueline "Jackie" Lashley-Rogers, whom he married on January 11, 1992. In 1999, Dennis and Jackie were baptized together under Pastor Ronald D. Walker Jr. at Word of Faith International, reflecting their commitment to faith and family.

Later, Dennis moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he continued life surrounded by his wife, children, grandchild, and extended family. In July 2025, Dennis recommitted his life to the Lord, a meaningful moment that strengthened his faith and brought joy and peace to his heart.

Dennis will be lovingly remembered for the joy he carried, the love he poured into his family, and the legacy he leaves behind.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Jacqueline "Jackie" Lashley-Rogers; his daughters, Tramaine Gorousingh, Te'Nika, Trinity, and Tia Rogers; his granddaughter, Angelique Freeman; his siblings, Ellis Robelto Rogers, Joseph Oyen Rogers, Lucien Siless Rogers, Yvonne Serena Rogers, Jocelyn Cletus Rogers, and Lisa Silena Bassue; along with his sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and many dear friends.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Jane Rogers and Ellis Rogers; his sister, Ingrid Corina Rogers; and his brother, Yanez Macauley Rogers.
