Powell-Todman, 92, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2026. On December 7, 1933, Doris A. Williams was born to Frederick Williams and Virginia Constance Todman-Williams. She was the seventh of eight children. She was born on the beautiful island of Tortola in Anderson Hill Brewsters Bay, in the British Virgin Islands.

She leaves behind 8 children, Wilford Powell, Minister Zena Powell, Brenda Griffin-Tindal, Aralisa Powell-Hunt, Tammy Powell, Tonya Powell, Sandra Powell, and Samuel Powell. Doris also leaves behind 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
