In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Elizabeth Pinard, affectionately known as Dora, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the age of 80.

She was born on October 15, 1945, in Mahaut, Dominica, to Veronique Thomas and Joseph Issac. She is survived by her husband, Hilear Pinard Sr ,; her four children: Annaclita, Glenda, Jefferson, and Hilear Jr.; her sisters: Zina, Cynthie, Leon, and Mafalie; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren who will continue to cherish her memory.
