She is preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Stevens Thomas, and her father, Richard Pennyfeather Thomas.

She is survived by her Four children: Mackchesney "Mackie" Appleton, Felicia "Lesie" Appleton, Andrew Appleton, and Austin Appleton; Special Daughter: Jewel Phipps; Grandchildren: Mackim Abraham, MackishawnAppleton, Akeem Appleton, Mackeem Appleton, Mackenzie Appleton, Mackeemo Appleton, and Zanaye "Britney"Appleton. Andy "Shackeem" Williams Jr, A'Sherah Appleton, Sarah-Ann Williams, Maryah "Ryah" Appleton, Roderick "Rj" Warren, Priscilla "Lilla" Warren, and Justine "Precious" Balan; Great Grandchildren: Leilanni Appleton, Giovanni Appleton Leanydus Williams, Andy "Kuma" Williams III, and LeiAura Williams; Sisters: Pearline Phillips, Clarita Hendrickson, Patricia Ward, Yvonne Broderick, and Francis Thomas; Brothers: Anthony Rogers, Albert "Sonny" Thomas, Stephen Thomas, Ivan Thomas, Leroy Thomas, Keith Thomas, and Leonard Thomas; Nieces: Heather Phillips and family, Arlene Phillips Donovan, Gweneth Phillips Roberts, Octavia Phillips Roberts.
