In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Eugene A. Holder, 91, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Pearl Barrow; Father, Darnley Knight; Sisters: Doreen Walcott, JoycelynRaveneau, Grandson, Omar Barrow and Great-grandson, Kaido Louis.

Eugene is survived by her sons: Philmore Barrow and Patrick Holder and Daughter-in-law Berna Holder; Daughters: Jeanette Y. Hernandez, Judith Frank and Son-in-law Maurice Frank; Juliette Holder- Fowler; Grandchildren: Robert Hernandez (Elena), Ezaar Barrow, Sr., LTC Kenneth B. Fowler (Edith), Timothy Fowler Sr., Alexander Holder, Pamela Greene (Tony), SuWanna Barrow-Clinton (Glen), Cassandra Frank (Misty), Jasharey Woodall, Shanna Louis (Fene), Alexis Holder; Great-grandchildren: Nikolas Hernandez, Jordan Hernandez,  Ezaar Barrow Jr.,  Koa Barrow, Jacari Woodall, Tavion Woodall, Anura Reed-Barrow, Jazmyn Hernandez, Timothy Fowler Jr., Triniti Fowler, Talaya Adeyinka, Kailey Fowler, Kylee Fowler, Kaitlyn Fowler, Yesmin Fowler, Kaili Barrow, Malani Barrow, Kaleigh Fowler, Kayla Soto, Rachael Rogers, Tristan Daniel; Great Great Grandson, Logan Hernandez; Brother: Anthony Savory. Additionally, Eugene is survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and other relatives too numerous to mention.
