In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Leon “Bull” "Black Bull," Martin, Sr., 72, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Leon was preceded in death by his mother, Eldra Lewis Martin; father, Joseph Martin; brother, Angel Robles Sr.; and the mother of his four children, Anne Marie Balbosa.

He is survived by his son, Leon "Bokeem" Martin Jr.; three daughters, Matuya Martin, Martina Martin, and Marisa Martin; ten grandchildren, Lenisha, Shaon, Leon III, Torian, Jahnai, Demonie, Kalen, Jordan, Iyana, and Jayden; and godchildren, Shanda and Aliya.

He is also survived by his sisters, Linda Richards and Brenda Lewis, and his brother, Roy Martin.

He leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
