In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Leroy A. " Boise Kasimu", Frazer, 77, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jens Frazer and Martha Gordon, and brother Cleophus Thomas.

He is survived by his Daughters: LaRoisha Frazer- Parker, and Kikora Kasimu; Grandchildren: Kimani Mills and Wafiq John; Brothers: Jens Frazer Jr., Gerald Duncan, and Othniel Saunders; Sisters: Muriel Smith, Edna Duncan-Hoxter, Rosa Frazer-Robinson,  Viola Saunders Edwards, Winifred Sackey, Norah Saunders-Sarjeant; Brother-in-Law, Najeeb Hoxter; Sisters-in-Law: Rosa Marte Thomas , and Denise Smith-Duncan; Nieces: Paula Smith, Sandra Fleming, Julisa Thomas and Tenesha Duncan-Bose; Nephews: Irvin "Basha", Mervin, and Aubrey "Mikey" Smith, Brandon Frazer, Kadimah Duncan, and Subutiya Saahir; Great Nieces: Takiyah, Akyla & Akyra Smith, Laurel Penha, Lynnel Warrell, Akydia, Shakayla, Areli, Christin, Aphesha, and Azeah Smith, Sharonda Paugh, Shantel Fleming, and Jaylah Matthias; Great Nephews: Loinel Warrell Jr., Marcus Fleming Jr., Tatum Taifane, Kameron, and Koby Duncan and FAR too many other family members, too numerous to mention.
