Clendinen, 71, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Friday, January 9, 2026. She is survived by her three daughters Joy Clendinen, Tesha Plunkett and Shakima Plunkett. Two Grandchildren Rahyim George and Onyx Burley. Special friend and father of daughters, Adrian Plunkett. Special cousins Ruth Leonard and Jackie Clendinen and Ruth Pratt.
