In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Marcia DeGraff, 82, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Friday, March 15, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Constancia DeGraff, her father Theodore Pershing DeGraff Sr. Her sister's Janice DeGraff and Yvonne Gifft. She is survived byher sons zkeithand Kevin Farrell and her siblings Theodore Pershing DeGraffJr.,

June Phillips, John DeGraff, Dean DeGraff Sr., Daryl DeGraff, Donald DeGraff and Senator Dwayne M. DeGraff and many nieces and nephews and other family members and friends too many to mention. She was also survived by her special cousin Lyra Schneider and special friend Einsworth "Scott" Richards.
