In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Omenita Dagou Denis, 79, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

Omenita Dagou also known as Oneny, was born in Anguilla on July 23,1946 to Fransciette Dagou and Egbert Connor. She lived her early years in Sand Ground Anguilla, attended the Road Primary School and was member of The Light House Church and attend Bovoni Baptist Church. While being in Anguilla she gives birth to her Daughter Vernice Dagou, she enjoys Puzzle Books, Sewing, Cooking for her three Brother each Sunday.

She came to St. Thomas, United Virgin Island in 1964 and met her first husband and became Ms. Omenita Dagou Denis after some years they went their separate ways. She worked at Marshalls Department Store, Regency Jewelry Store on The Main Street up until they closed their doors.

Omenita Dagou loved to make sure she dressed to impress for church along with her Grand Daughter Kenisha Wilkinson, K'Lyiah Willie and Grandson Elias Willie Jr. When she tokes use to Anguilla, she even makes sure Kenisha and Elias went to church even if we did not have shoe we had to go.

Omenita Dagou left to mourn her one Daughter: Vernice Dagou.

Also left to mourn her Three grand kids: Kenisha Wilkinson, Elias Willie Jr., K'Liyah Willie.

Eight Great grand Kids: Ja'Niya Challenger, Keairia Challenger, Elijah Willie, Ja'Riya Challenger, Kaiden Willie, Isaiah Willie, Klijah Willie, Ka'Riyah Wllie.
