In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Rebelto Harrigan of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Friday, July 10, 2026. Those preceding in death are his mom Terecita Celementine George (deceased) and Father, Hugo Harrigan(deceased); God parents: Valerie Isaac and Elwin Isaac/cousin (deceased).

Left to mourn are sisters: Cheryl Harrigan Huyghue, Susan George Febres Hazel Harrigan and Telicia Harrigan; Brothers: Learl Harrigan, Wilburn Harrigan, Eugene Harrigan, Wade Harrigan and Alden George; Adopted sister: Judith Creighton, and adopted brother, Charles Isaac.

Special Cousins: Harold Creque, Richard Creque, Maureen Isaac Martin, Gloria Isaac Williams, Harriet Isaac Rey Lumsden, and Reuben Richardson. Many other Relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
