In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Rosie May Penn, 68, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

Rosie was a Well Loved Member of the Penn Family and will be Remembered for Her Dedication to the Family Business known as the Daylight Bakery / Diamond Barrel Restaurant.  She will also be Cherished as a Well-Loved Member of the Ivanna Eudora Kean's Class of 1976.

She is Survived by Her Loving Mother, Mrs. Marilyn Fahie Penn Smith; Sisters: Brendaley Penn- Lewis, Sherill, Jennifer, Dr. Katherine, and Dana Penn; Brothers: Romney Sr., Dudley Sr., Franzel, George, Dr. Franklyn, Liston, Renaldo Sr., Glen, Devon, and Jordan. Rosie is also Survived by a Host of Loving Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and Other Family and Special Friends too Numerous to Mention.
