In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Mr. Rupert Barton of St. Thomas, U.S .Virgin Islands who passed away Friday, May 03, 2024.

He was formerly employed by the West Indian Company Limited. Born in Liberta Village, Antigua, he lived an amazing life full of love and laughter. He was preceded in death by his parents Samuel Barton, Sr. and Ann Barton. He leaves to mourn his loving wife Iona Barton; children: Stedroy "Teddy" Barton, Joycelyn Barton-Adams, and Sharon Mafarachisi; his grandchildren: Joville and Jovier Adams, Nyasha and Anisa Mafarachisi; his brother Samuel Barton, Jr.; his sons-in-law Neville Adams and Tendai Mafarachisi. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention. Funeral services will be announced at a later date. Once again relatives and friends are advised of the death of Rupert Donaldfield Alexis Barton better known as "Pert" or "Mr. Barton".
