In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Sezilee Todman Reovan, a devoted mother, sister, aunt and friend peacefully departed this earth on Friday, April 24, 2026 at the RLS Hospital, at the age of 93. Her presence will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her only son, Clayton Howard; granddaughter, Brandy Howard; sister, Riisa Rymer; nieces and nephews: Marilyn Malone, Judith Mitchell STT), Ivy Walwyn (STX),  Gary Penn and Eleanor Archibald (BVI);  Ishmael Penn, Marlon Penn and Margot Lyn Todman (U.S.);  Special great-niece/Caregiver  Donna Wesselhoft; In-laws, Rev. Canon Lionel Rymer, Maureen Todman & Audrey Todman; Special friends: Blanche Mills, Adora Foy, Elaine Fahie, Zulah Hodge,  Bernice Turnbull, Loretta Lloyd, Bernice Francis, Valberg Reovan, Jean Howard, Raymond Todman, Liston Fahie, and many other friends too numerous to mention. Sezilee also leaves behind a host of great nieces/nephews; great great nieces/nephews and cousins in the United States and the British Virgin Islands.
