In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Stephanie Linda Amory, 70, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Saturday, June 08, 2024.
Stephanie, known to many as Ms. Amory, had a great love for children! This was evidenced by her teaching and nurturing thousands of students in the kindergarten and first grades at the Leonard Dober Elementary School for twenty-seven years. She served on the Carnival Prince and Princess Committee and was a chaperone for the Prince and Princess contestants. Stephanie was an active member of the Memorial Moravian Church where she served as Sunday School Teacher, Counter, and Board Member. For a short time, she also moonlighted at Woolworth Department Store.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother Eleanora Robles, parents Ashley Williams and Bernice Estrill White, and brother Barry White.
