She was born on October 6, 1942, to Christopher Walters and Floremdeen Lee Walters if St. Catherine, Jamaica, West Indies She leaves to cherish her memory, her sister-in-law Merle Walters. Her adopted daughters: Carmen Roberts, Michelle Walters - Spencer, Rev. Dr. Jacinth M. Caines, Keri Reid, and Wendy Kedrick leaving a legacy of love, leadership, commitment and Integrity. To know her was to embody her spirit of tenacity, generosity as well as a spirit of Excellence. She was preceded in death by her father, Christopher Walters. Mother, Florendeen Lee Walters, brothers: Parkland. Chico. and Ishmael Walters. Adopted mother Zeather A. Armstrong. She is surviv3d by her sister-in-law, Merle Walters.
