In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of Thomas Noel, 91, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Tuesday, February 03, 2026. Thomas P Noel was born on April 19, 1934 and was 91 years old upon his passing. He was born in the village of Morne Jaune, Dominica. He left England after his retirement and resided on St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. He was preceded in death by his parents-Peters and Rosetta Noel, some of his siblings and recently his first born son Samuel Noel, and his former wife and mother of his children–Maudrina Noel. He is survived by his wife, Noelise Noel, his son-Johnson Noel, his daughters- Marilyn Noel and Jacqueline Noel, his granddaughter-Sumaya Noel, his sister Marcelline Goldberg, his stepsons-Clem Felix, Bernard Attidore, and Robert Attidore, his daughter-in-law Fatima Noel, his brothers-in-law Nicholas Goldberg, Joseph Fergus, Winsley Felix and Patrick Hector, his sisters-in-law Emeline Felix, Nilda Hector, and Elsie Weeks, one of his nephews-Federick Langford, one of his nieces-Beverly Marcelle, 17 other nephews, 15 other nieces and other close relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
