Peters Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in New York.  He is preceded in death by his father, Walter Francis and his mother, Edna Forbes Turnbull.  Vancito is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline Francis-Greene; son-in- law Lagee Greene; grand-daughter, Sheron Bailey; great-grand daughter, Nya Bernardez; brother David Turnbull; brother-in- law, Lemuel (Chi Chi) Smith; sisters: Verna Andre, Rita Francis and Claudette Francis-Smith; sisters-in-law, Patricia Turnbull and Ingrid Francis-Smith; aunts, Elizabeth Collymore, J.
