In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of Turnbull's Funeral Home & Crematory Services announce the passing of William Fitzroy Kendall (lovingly known as "Kendall"), 94, of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands who passed away Sunday, May 17, 2026.

Born on February 24, 1932, in Antigua, W.I., Kendall lived a long, fruitful life filled with laughter and generosity.  He was predeceased by his spouse, Gladys Kendall.

Kendall is survived by his three children: Esther Jeanmarie Spencer, Linda Geraldine Kendall James, and William Fitzgerald Kendall; their spouses: Eugene Spencer, Wilmoth James, and Lisa Kendall; his sisters Josephine Jarvis and Phyllis Howard; his  grandchildren: Collin Mills, Denis Spencer, Gerald Dragon, Anderson Spencer, Andrea Spencer, Wilmoth James, Jr., Jechonias James, Sherica James, Logan Kendall, Lance Kendall, and Leighton Kendall; his great-grandchildren: Kinisha Spencer, Kia Mills, Nesta Mills, Sienna Spencer, Naomi Spencer, Mason Spencer, Jazmine Walker, Dwayne Walker, and Frederica Dragon; and his great-great grandchildren: Soraiyah Charissa,  Zico Layne, and Harmony James.

He is also survived by his stepchildren: Alvin Everett Moses and Vernareen Webster, his nephew Jerome Kendall and other extended family members and church friends, too numerous to mention.
